We hope you can tell how excited we are adding another child to our family 

                                        and how committed we are to open adoption.

                                    We are really looking forward to sharing our love with another baby!                              

         On a vacation to Northern California                                      Here we are outside our house.     

We have a strong relationship that has grown in love over nine years.  Zoey came to our house two years ago through open 

adoption and we are so blessed to be able to parent her.  With equal excitement we look forward to falling in love with 

another child and Zoey is looking forward to being a big sister.

We have three great pets that round out our family.  Riley is Koda's mother (believe it or not).  They are very attached to

 stuffed animals and love to go to dog beach. (there are beaches in San Diego that let dogs roam free, swim in the ocean and

 run in the sand).  Teal is a Birman cat that is older and is mostly interested in food and being petted.  All three of them get

 along and are very friendly to other children who visit.

Our Vision for Our Children

We're excited about bringing another child into our home.  We value an environment of unconditional love and security.  

We'll encourage and support both our children to pursue and follow their own interests and dreams.  We want our children 

to learn compassion and open-mindedness.  Our children will grow up knowing how great it is that families come in all shapes 

and sizes.  Education has been important to both of us and we will provide both our children with the same opportunities.  

Our home is filled with love, warmth, and frequent laughter and silliness.  We look forward to cuddling a sleeping baby, 

reading bedtime stories, being "soccer moms" and sharing special moments.  We have a good relationship with Zoey's 

birthparents and birth grandmother.  We want you to know that we will always speak of you with the respect you 

deserve, especially for all the courageous decisions you've made.  We are open to whatever relationship with us that

you may want.
